Northern Colorado Weavers Guild Farm Tour

We had a great turnout for the Northern Colorado Weavers Guild farm tour last Sunday, April 10!  There was so much going on that I did not take any photos at our barn, but here are a few pictures of the group visiting neighbor Lorraine Perry's Schafewald Sheep Farm. She had several new lambs, one very friendly llama, and lots of interesting rare Jacob's sheep to see!

To see more photos of the day, go to this online photo album: NCWG Barn Tour

It was quite a trek up to the barn...

...but well worth it inside!
The lambs and their watchful moms stole the show...
...but the llama made sure he got his share of the attention!

Tour organizer Monika Vargas made a new friend.

Thunder the ram was a bit overwhelmed by all the attention.

This pen of ewes went round and round, demanding attention.

Lorraine had lots of goodies for sale...

...and we Fiber Fanatics couldn't keep our hands off them!

Nigel the goat wandered among the crowd, looking cute.

Petting the baby was a highlight of a great day!
